The Parliamentary Registry Office (PRO) has announced that a Bye-Election for Constituency 36, Sandys North will be scheduled for October 4, 2024.
The Bye-Election is due to the resignation of MP Kathy Lightbourne-Simmons.
The Parliamentary Registrar, Tenia Woolridge JP, advised that further details will be provided once the Writs of Election have been issued.
Until such time, voters are encouraged to check to verify that their registration details are up to date, and to ensure their eligibility to vote in the upcoming bye-election.
