The Customer Self-Service (CCS) portal and the Enterprise Permitting and Licensing system (EPL), will be taken offline at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and are expected to return to service on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The restoration time will depend on successful testing to ensure the systems are fully operational.

- Inspections: Requests made for Friday, September 26, must be scheduled by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25.
- Objection Deadlines: Any deadlines falling on Friday, September 26, will automatically be extended to Monday, September 29.
