Youngsters descend on the Cabinet Lawn for Premier’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Yesterday, (April 19th) Premier David Burt, JP, MP, and Mrs. Kristin Burt hosted the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the Cabinet Office lawn.
This yearly event, held for children from Government’s nursery and pre-schools, is a seasonal favourite for parents and families.
On the occasion, dozens of little ones enjoyed a day of fun, which included face painting, a fun castle, Easter baskets and games. All were made even more special with a visit from the Easter Bunny and the culmination of the annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Today, Premier Burt expressed his thanks to the Cabinet Office staff, public officers, and local vendors who helped to make this annual tradition a success.
The Premier said, “For Christians who observe, Easter also commemorates the Resurrection, a powerful symbol of hope, renewal and enduring love. May this season uplift all hearts and continue to bring our community closer together.”
