Commercial Waste
How do I dispose of my commercial waste?
SWM does not provide waste management services to businesses in Bermuda or to households within the City of Hamilton (COH). The Corporation of Hamilton operates a waste and recycling collection service for both businesses and residents the details of which can be found at cityofhamilton.bm.
Businesses with trucks may bring their waste to an appropriate disposal facility and pay a charge to dispose of their waste items. To set up an account for your business contact the MPW&E on 297-7842 or visit the 3rd floor of the main Post Office building located on the corner of Church and Parliament Street, COH.
Businesses without trucks should hire a reputable trucker or waste management company who can demonstrate a knowledge of Bermuda’s waste and recycling disposal procedures to assist them with their waste disposal requirements.
