Public Consultation
The public is invited to view a Public Information Center (PIC) on the proposed development of a Pumping Station Structure in the Arboretum (Montpelier Park) below Fort Hill Road, Devonshire. The PIC poster presentation is available for viewing on the Government website at www.gov.bm or alternatively it may be viewed in the reception area at the Head office of the Ministry of Public Works, 3 Floor Post office building, 56 Church Street, Hamilton HMCX.
The proposed works comprises the designing of all works related to building structure to house a booster pump station to sustain a public water supply to the Parishes of Devonshire, Hamilton, Paget, Smiths and the city of Hamilton. The structure comprises a 218 square feet footprint along with associated pipework.
The PIC is scheduled for display from 10am-4pm Monday 28th November 2016 to Friday 1st December 2016. Comments are to be received via marked box in the reception area at aforementioned location or may be emailed to water@gov.bm.
