The Judicial Department invites bids from qualified security service providers for the provision of security services for its facilities located at the Dame Lois Browne-Evans Building, 58 Court Street, Hamilton HM 12; Sessions House, 21 Parliament Street, Hamilton HM 12; and the Government Administration Building, 30 Parliament Street, Hamilton HM 12, on an as needed basis, for a two (2) year period commencing on 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024. This period may be extended for up to one (1) year based on availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting Details
The bidder’s designated representative is invited to attend a Site Visit / Pre-Bid meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage of the procurement.
The bidder is requested, as far as possible, to submit any questions in writing, to reach the RFQ Contact no later than one (1) day before the meeting.
Non-attendance at the Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting will not be a cause for disqualification of a bidder.
