This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Gibbs Hill Light House - Internal Painting, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
This RFQ is for the Interior of the Gibbs Hill light House in addition to the Light House Entrance. All previously painted surfaces are to be thoroughly prepared and re-painted.
The bidders must have the relevant equipment, materials and labor skills to successfully perform the works as requested.
RFQ Contact
For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFQ Contact” will be: Ms. Elizabeth Davis-Smith at email: edsmith@gov.bm Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Government, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s quotation.
