The Water and Sewage Section, Department of Works and Engineering, Ministry of Public Works announce this Request for Quotation as an invitation to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Provision of Excavation and Reinstatement services on a needed
The work will involve the provision of traffic control, mechanical digging equipment to excavate [excavation services] and expose water supply mains to be repaired by Ministry of Public Works(MPW) personnel. Once repaired the contractor shall supply all materials, labour and equipment to backfill and reinstate the excavation. The work is to be undertaken on an as needed basis and the contractor shall respond to a request no later than 24hrs following notification.
Respondents submitting a quotation for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical capability and availability to complete the scope of works and deliverables in accordance with the RFQdocuments and demonstrate that they have successfully provided similar services and works in the past. Submissions byrespondents who cannot demonstrate this expertise will be automatically rejected.
