Sound Equipment and Entertainment Management for Agricultural Exhibition 2026

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Sound Equipment and Entertainment Management for Agricultural Exhibition 2026, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

A Contractor is required to provide Sound Equipment and Entertainment Management for the Agricultural Exhibition in 2026.

The Entertainment Services will be for 3 days excluding set-up and breakdown as follows:

For Thursday April 23, 2026: from (8:00am - 6:00pm)

For Friday April 24, 2026; from (8:00am - 6:00pm)

For Saturday April 25, 2026: from (8:00am - 6:00pm)

The services and deliverables required are for a PA system, staging, limited musical instruments such as drums, keyboard, microphones, sound mixing console system and entertainment setups at the Main Show Ring Grandstand, Collecting Ring, Stable Area, Old Garage Facility & Lower Entertainment Lawn during the Event.  The services include sound equipment provision, operation and entertainment programming to ensure a seamless event execution.

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting

The mandatory site visits will be held on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at The Botanical Gardens using the entrance across from the Peace Lutheran Church.  Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission.
