This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Cleaning Services for Horseshoe Bay Bathroom Facilities, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables).

The Government of Bermuda is soliciting for quotations from qualified contractor(s) for the cleaning services for a two (2) year period with the option to extend for one (1) additional year period based on the availability of funds and satisfactory performance.

The respondent shall clean all interior surfaces and fixtures in the restrooms at Horseshore Bay on a daily basis.

Cleaning to be carried out in the following areas:

(i) Male Bathrooms

(ii) Female Bathrooms

For the purposes of this RFQ, the term "restrooms" includes lavatories and all adjacent changing areas, showers, washrooms and corridors to the premises.

Pre-Bid / Site Visit Meeting (Mandatory)

The mandatory site visit will be held at the Horseshoe Bay Beach Bathroom Facility and is scheduled for Friday, February 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result on the disqualification of your document submission.
