Occupational Health Surveillance Program
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda, Ministry of Public Works to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Occupational Health Surveillance Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
Our intention in this RFP is to choose a licensed medical provider to initially deliver medical surveillance for Twenty (20) Ministry of Public Works (MPW) employees. We also request for the suitable medical provider to enter into agreement to render such services for a period of 36 months, for as and when the service is required.
Proposals are invited from Experienced Licensed Physicians or Medical Groups for the above captioned project. The purpose of this work is to detect medical conditions that would place the employees at an increased risk of asbestos exposure-related disease.
