This Request for Proposal is an invitation from the Bermuda Government, Department of Youth, Sport & Recreation to prospective vendors to submit proposals for the management and production of the 39th Annual Sports Awards to be held Saturday March 14th, 2020.

The successful vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Creation and delivery of logistics for award ceremony
• Creative direction and look of the the award ceremony
• Script writing and amendment services
• Award ceremony direction/flow
• Custom show opening graphic and graphics package for ceremony
• Recipient vignette composition (35-40 recipients)
• 30 second radio commercials for promotion
