This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Cleaning Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).  

The Government of Bermuda is soliciting for quotations from qualified contractor(s) for the janitorial services from a two (2) years period with the option to extended for 1 additional year based on availability of funds, and satisfactory performance of the contractor.  

All cleaning is to be performed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 

The janitorial services are required for the following locations: 

1)    Dockyard Police Office (Building #15, Royal Naval Dockyard, Sandys)
2)    Somerset Police Station
3)    Hamilton Police Station (Dame Louise Brown Evans) & Court Liaison Unit
4)    Training School & Clock Tower
5)    Senior Command Hamilton Station
6)    Professional Conduct Unit and Occupational Health Unit
7)    Intelligence Analyst Office
8)    Property Management Unit, IT, Intel, Officer's Mess, HR
9)    Southside Police Station
10)    Serious Crime Unit
11)    Operations Compound
