The Montpelier Residence renovation project involves a comprehensive upgrade and expansion of the existing home to enhance functionality, comfort, and long -term value. The scope includes the construction of a new upper level, the addition of a new garage and roadway, and the refurbishment of key interior spaces, including the kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms.
Interior refurbishment works will focus on revitalizing the existing kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. This includes updated finishes, improved layouts, modern fixtures, and upgraded building systems where requires. The goal is to preserve the character of the home while delivering a refreshed, contemporary living environment.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting Details
The site meeting will be held Tuesday May 12 2026, at 11.00 a.m. at Montpelier Located @ 15 Middle Road Devonshire Bermuda. Proponents are asked to register their interest to attend the site visit with the RFP contact by 5:00 PM, May10, 2026.
The site visit is not mandatory to participate in the procurement process but is highly recommended to gain a comprehensive understanding of the site conditions and project scope.
